Right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. A contract means starting a subscription, upgrading to a higher plan or buying a pack.
What happens when you withdraw
When you bought, you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period. So you pay for the share of the service already provided: the higher of the credits used from that purchase divided by the credits it included, or the days elapsed divided by the days in the period. We refund the rest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the same payment method, at no cost to you. We cancel the subscription and remove any credits left from that purchase. If you've used all the credits from the purchase, the service has been fully performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Example: you buy a 30-credit pack for €25 and withdraw after using 3. You pay 3/30 of the price (€2.50) and we refund €22.50.
