General information required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI-CE).

The provider is not entered in the Commercial Register, the activity needs no prior administrative authorisation, and the provider has not signed up to any code of conduct. Prices are in euros and include the VAT that applies to consumers.

Digital Services Act points of contact

Single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), and for users of the service (Art. 12): soporte@shortvu.com. Customer service and complaints

Use Support and complaints, email soporte@shortvu.com or call 689209422. We'll give you a reference number and a written receipt, and reply within 15 days at most.

Official complaint forms (hojas oficiales de queja, reclamación y denuncia) are available to consumers. Ask by email and we'll send them electronically, or collect them at our address.

We are not signed up to any alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we can't resolve your complaint, you can contact the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum) or the Catalan Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consum de Catalunya). We'll tell you at that point whether we agree to take part.

Videos made with the service are marked as AI-generated content (Art. 50, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Anyone can check for free whether a file was made with Shortvu at /verify.

Intellectual property

The software, text and design of Shortvu belong to the provider or its licensors. The Anton and Instrument Sans typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Stock footage comes from Pexels under its license.

Shortvu is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, TikTok, Meta, Pexels, Anthropic or OpenAI. Their names are trademarks of their owners.
